RE/MAX has initiated a training system that dovetails the teaching of theoretical expertise with the practice of real estate brokerage. It has a modular structure and is suitable for newcomers to the profession as well as for career changers from other professions. With us, you can acquire the generally recognized quality certificate “Immobilienmakler IHK RE/MAX” and, in cooperation with the further education academy of the Nürtingen University of Applied Sciences, the degree “Geprüfter Immobilienwirt (WAF)”.

RE/MAX Power Training

The RE/MAX Power Training with its degree “Immobilienmakler IHK RE/MAX” is certified according to ISO 9001 and AZAV approval DEKRA. In three blocks with a total of 13 days of classroom training and various online seminars, the brokers are taught topics such as law, real estate valuation and the complete sales process of a property. This training is concluded with an examination to obtain the IHK title.

Online offers at RE/MAX

We regularly offer you live online trainings on various topics related to the real estate industry. At intervals of one to two weeks, you can learn about current topics, legal specifics or marketing and sales strategies. Our topics range from the new commission regulation 2020 and the money laundering law to virtual viewings, home staging or social media campaigns.

Online Onboarding Program

Accompanying this training, we offer a 3-month “online onboarding program” that guides real estate agents for their first steps in this industry.

New Broker/Owner Training

The “New Broker/Owner Training” is a mandatory part of the franchisee training. This part of the training includes ten days, which are divided into five blocks and several months. This training accompanies and supports you in the real estate store set-up, in the recruitment and coaching of your brokers, but also in the implementation of your mission and vision.

Independent of the modular building blocks of the linear training, the RE/MAX advanced training concept offers independent workshops with different learning contents. These include training courses focusing on service orientation and customer loyalty, time management and efficient working, or the right way to deal with sales or buyer requests. Seminars on the importance of the brand, the code of honor and the basics of the globally successful network round off the portfolio.
