RE/MAX - a worldwide success story.

Real estate to the maximum, or RE/MAX for short – Dave Liniger founded his own company in 1973 according to this principle. His idea: well-trained, entrepreneurially independent real estate agents work together in a customer-oriented manner, so that owners and interested parties benefit. The famous trademark has been known worldwide ever since: the hot air balloon in the colors red, white and blue.

From the USA to Europe.

In 1995 the RE/MAX success concept jumped over the ocean: RE/MAX Europe was created. Since 1997, the real estate network has also been active and extremely successful in Germany. The business magazine “impulse” has named us one of the best franchise systems in Germany three times in a row, and we have scored particularly well in the “service” category. In addition, RE/MAX is characterized by high customer loyalty with the rating “outstanding” (survey Focus 09/19). RE/MAX is also pleased to receive other awards, such as the Dekra seal of approval (ISO 9001:2015), the F&C Gold Award for franchise partner satisfaction, and many more. As a member of the German Franchise Association (DFV), this makes RE/MAX one of the top franchise companies in Germany.

The vision of RE/MAX Germany is to professionalize the broker market. This includes the highest training standards and customer-oriented services with real added value. In the RE/MAX franchise system, extensive training is therefore a prerequisite for every real estate agent, as well as an individually developed advanced training program for franchisees. Professional training is additionally ensured by cooperation partners such as the Chamber of Industry and Commerce or selected universities.

Through a database that lists all RE/MAX properties worldwide, RE/MAX agents can quickly access a wide range of properties as well as a comprehensive database of pre-qualified search clients. The strong networking enables joint business between real estate agents – within RE/MAX, but also beyond the company’s borders.
