The team at the system headquarters is subdivided into different areas.

Management.

Vision, mission and strategy. The management of RE/MAX Germany is responsible for the strategic orientation and planning of our major goals. With a view to the real estate industry in Germany and its steady growth, RE/MAX Germany is one of the major players in the market – we must continue to expand this.

Expansion of the team.

The goal of RE/MAX Germany: A RE/MAX store in every German city. The sale of franchise rights is the task of the expansion team – they advise you in detail and give you all the necessary tips for starting with RE/MAX.

Business Development.

The Business Development Team supports you from the very beginning – for a professional start into the brokerage business as well as the further expansion into a profitable brokerage company. From day one, you will be assigned a personal business development colleague who will support you throughout the entire contract period.

Training.

In RE/MAX Germany’s in-house Training Academy, we offer franchisees and real estate agents ongoing training for basic and advanced training in classroom training sessions as well as numerous online training programs that can be conducted regardless of location or time.

Marketing.

The marketing team is responsible for developing cross-regional and industry-focused marketing strategies and tools. This is done across all channels to bring the brand message as well as the real estate marketing expertise to you.

IT.

Our IT department develops and implements innovative technologies and IT services that you need to build your store professionally – in times of digitalization.

Administration & Accounting

RE/MAX Germany provides you with a continuously updated contract system for the conclusion of licensee contracts, training contracts as well as supplementary contract components and brokerage forms. The ongoing reporting of real estate transactions, sales receipts and the resulting accounting is handled by RE/MAX Germany using modern technologies as well as our in-house accounting department.
